Our Process
Recognising the vast quantities of demolition material going to landfill, Cubic Products has set up a crushing plant to handle this material and process to the extent this can be re-used in our products where approximately 50% of our aggregate is recycled waste material.
Our grey and white blocks use our crushed concrete while we also add recycled incinerated industrial waste in our grey blocks which comes in the form of an ash which assists the bonding process and reduces cement content.
Imported cement products they generally contain three times as much cement as locally made products and then are placed in ships that chug across the globe.
